PCVC restricts entry to its tournaments to qualified players to maintain an appropriate level of play and to ensure the safety of all participants.
How do I register for a tournament?
If a tournament is Open and you are a PCVC member, then you can proceed to make payment to secure a spot. Once payment is made, your name will be added to the list of confirmed tournament players. Payment must be made in advance.
If you are not a member, please reach out to tournaments@pcvc.ca to complete the tournament questionnaire.
If a tournament is Closed, please email tournaments@pcvc.ca to be added to the waitlist.
Registering in the tournament is made by making payment. IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID, YOU HAVE NOT REGISTERED. To see the list of players registered please see this page.
Payment for the tournament may be made in one of the following ways:
- By Interac Email Money Transfer: Please make payment of $ through your participating financial institution. Direct your payment to payment@pcvc.ca. Please include the player name and tournament date in the message text when making payment. Your institution may charge an additional fee for this service.
- By PayPal or credit card using the buttons below: A PayPal account is not required if paying by credit card. Please enter the player name, and click one of the buttons below to have your payment processed. There will be an additional $ fee to cover the fees associated with accepting Paypal or Credit card payments.

Once payment is made, refunds for tournament withdrawal are subject to PCVC’s Tournament Refund Policy. Please understand the policy prior to making payment.
