PCVC restricts entry to its tournaments to qualified players to ensure a high-standard of play and to ensure the safety of all participants.
How do I register for a tournament?
If a tournament is Open, and you are either a PCVC member OR on this list, then you can proceed to make payment to secure a spot. Once payment is made, your name will be added to the list of confirmed tournament players. Payment must be made in advance.
If your name is not on the list, please enter your information in this form and the tournament director will contact you. Do not make payment until you are requested to do so by the tournament director.
If a tournament is Closed, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to be added to the waitlist.
Registering in the tournament is made by making payment. IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID, YOU HAVE NOT REGISTERED. To see the list of players registered please see this page.
Payment for the tournament may be made in one of the following ways:
- By Interac Email Money Transfer: Please make payment through your participating financial institution. Direct your payment to email@example.com. Please include the player name in the message text when making payment. Your institution may charge an additional fee for this service.
- By PayPal or credit card using the button below: A PayPal account is not required if paying by credit card. Please select the appropriate amount to be paid, enter the player name, and click the button to be directed to the Paypal website for payment processing. There will be an additional $1.00 fee to cover the fees associated with accepting Paypal or Credit card payments.

Once payment is made, refunds for tournament withdrawal are subject to PCVC’s Tournament Refund Policy. Please understand the policy prior to making payment.
