Tournaments

Formats and Terms

Co-ed FormatThere is a mix of men and women on a team. In a team of six players, a minimum of 2 women are required. Players rotate through all positions. The game is played at the men’s net height of 2.43m.
Reverse Co-ed FormatReverse coed has 3 men and 3 women on the court but only the women play the front row and the men can only hit from behind the attack line. There is no rotation, but every player must rotate service. The game is played at women’s height net, so the game is fast and dynamic.
